Yinchi’s high Voltage 6KV Induction Motor step-down starting method.
Due to the significant drawbacks of direct starting, voltage reduction starting occurs accordingly. This starting method is suitable for both no-load and light load starting environments. As the step-down starting method simultaneously limits the starting torque and starting current, it is necessary to restore the working circuit to its rated state after the starting work is completed.

Yinchi’s there are three types of electrical braking methods for the High Voltage 10KV Low speed Induction Motor: energy consumption braking, reverse connection braking, and regenerative braking.
(1) Cut off the three-phase AC power supply of the motor during energy consumption braking, and send direct current into the stator winding. At the moment of cutting off the AC power supply, due to inertia, the motor still rotates in its original direction. The characteristic of this method is smooth braking, but it requires a DC power supply and a high-power motor. The cost of DC equipment is high, and the braking force is small at low speeds.
(2) Reverse braking is divided into two types: load reverse braking and power reverse braking.
